PowerPoint Presentation Specialist

As a PowerPoint Presentation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful and visually compelling presentations. You will be responsible for designing pitch decks, corporate reports, and marketing materials, ensuring that each presentation effectively communicates the message and resonates with the target audience.
- Presentation Design & Creation: Design and develop professional and visually appealing presentations from raw content – including pitch decks, corporate reports, and marketing presentations, ensuring the effective communication of key messages.
- Brand Consistency & Visual Concepts: Develop compelling slide layouts, templates and visual concepts to convey complex information clearly, adhering to brand guidelines and objectives.
- Data Integration & Advanced PowerPoint Features: Integrate data from Word or Excel, into presentations. Strong knowledge in advanced PowerPoint features like animations, transitions, and multimedia elements to enhance the overall presentation quality.
- Project Management & Review: Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously meeting the timelines, reviewing and finalizing presentations (QC) before delivery to ensure accuracy, clarity, and design consistency.
- 3+ years of experience in creating and designing presentations, preferably in a corporate or creative agency environment.
- Strong expertise in using Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) and tools like Canva.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint features, including animations, transitions, multimedia integration, and slide layouts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within agreed timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing presentations.
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to proofread (QC) and ensure the accuracy of presentations.
